Nuestras tres fincas est\u00e1n estrat\u00e9gicamente ubicadas en Pocosol, Guatuso y Los Chiles. Cada una de ellas tiene un prop\u00f3sito especial en la producci\u00f3n ganadera y agr\u00edcola. Nos destacamos por una diversidad de cultivos que incluyen pi\u00f1a, ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar, naranjas y una amplia gama de actividades agr\u00edcolas, entre las que se encuentran las lecher\u00edas. UN CLIMA DE OPORTUNIDADES<\/h2>\n

Nuestra zona se caracteriza por un clima tropical h\u00famedo, con una precipitaci\u00f3n anual promedio de 3500 mm. Las temperaturas son c\u00e1lidas durante todo el a\u00f1o, con una media de alrededor de 29 grados cent\u00edgrados. Este entorno clim\u00e1tico favorece la producci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola y ganadera de alta calidad.<\/p>\n

Actualmente, nuestras tres fincas suman un total de 2300 hect\u00e1reas, de las cuales 740 hect\u00e1reas se mantienen como bosque en conservaci\u00f3n. Esta gesti\u00f3n sostenible refleja nuestro compromiso con la preservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente mientras continuamos prosperando en la agricultura y la ganader\u00eda.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a la ganader\u00eda, manejamos una variedad de razas, siendo la Brahman y el Nelore las predominantes. Con m\u00e1s de 400 vientres propios, se cruzan con toros de las mejores ganader\u00edas de Costa Rica. Nuestra selecci\u00f3n cuidadosa de los mejores animales es fundamental para el constante mejoramiento gen\u00e9tico, enfoc\u00e1ndonos en la fertilidad, habilidad materna, precocidad y temperamento.<\/p>\n

Control de maleza:<\/strong> Empleamos t\u00e9cnicas de chapeo para mantener nuestros terrenos libres de malezas, al mismo tiempo que nos aseguramos de preservar nuestro entorno

CRECIMIENTO GANADERO SOSTENIBLE<\/h2>\n

Actualmente, contamos con m\u00e1s de 1000 cabezas de ganado distribuidas en dos fincas. De estos, 428 son vientres o madres, 341 son remplazos hembras, 19 son toros padrotes, 105 son lactantes machos y 129 son toros de engorde. Coquital y Tridente, nuestras dos fincas, tambi\u00e9n ofrecen servicios de alquiler mensual por animal y alquiler de tierras por hect\u00e1rea. Adem\u00e1s, proporcionamos toros de engorde de alta calidad para el consumo nacional de carne. Este enfoque integral garantiza un crecimiento sostenible y rentable.<\/p>\n
